Download: Desert Mountain Spurs in the Tucson BLM – V22E3

This data is the product of exploring random BLM roads in the rugged desert mountains north of Tucson. While this route was recorded in a 4×4 Sprinter van, the mountainous segments are much better suited for a compact 4×4. The cross-country portion follows a groomed dirt road through the desert lowlands suitable for any vehicle. There are both historic and active mining operations in the mountains, and the route culminates on a scenic mountaintop.
