Download: Scenic Saguaro Route North of Tucson – V22E2

Scenic loop through the saguaros north of Tucson. This section of Sonoran Desert is lovely, and the scenery is similar to that of Saguaro National Park. Located north of Tucson, this is an ideal route for quiet and secluded backcountry camping, suitable for stock four-wheel drive vehicles. However, there are some rugged sections where drivers will have to be careful. The main artery is spacious, but many of the offshoots feature close vegetation, and vehicles may incur scratches.
